By using OttoPass, you agree to these terms.
The service. OttoPass provides software for businesses to run customer loyalty programs, including wallet-based loyalty cards and prize draws. Each business is responsible for the rewards, prizes, and program rules it offers to its customers.
Accounts. Business owners and staff are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for activity under their accounts.
Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.
Prize draws. Where a business runs a prize draw through OttoPass, the business is responsible for conducting it fairly and delivering any prize. OttoPass provides the tooling only.
Availability. We aim to keep the service running but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Changes. We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
